Ninette qualified with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Bombay in 1984. She majored in Psychology and Sociology both very appropriate subjects for her role as Practice Manager in the firm. She ‘meets and greets’ at the front desk and has a wonderful ability to put people at ease. She handles all the activities that whirl about her desk with impressive calmness. An important role for Ninette is that of ‘quality controller’. She is the final check before the financial statements, tax returns, GST returns and correspondence leave the office. She maintains good relations with the IRD on behalf of the firm. Her job description is long. There are many small tasks that Ninette completes with precision.
